Brian D. Williams MBA, CMFC®

Managing Principal

Brian Williams has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry on both the retail and institutional side of the business. He maintains his Series 7, 6, 63, and 65 securities registrations with LPL Financial and is licensed for life insurance and long-term care insurance. Brian also holds the CMFC® designation through the College for Financial Planning.

Brian received his BS in Business Administration from the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. He also received his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Anderson College of Business at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Currently, he is working on his MSc in International Business at the University of Birmingham in the UK.

Brian is an active member of the Susquehanna University Soccer Alumni Association and The Optimist Club of Monaco South.  He previously served on the Advisory Board of the non-profit organization, Soccer Without Borders, Board of Directors of The Optimist Club of Monaco South and Colorado Financial Planning Association. In addition, Brian has been published in both local and national publications.

In his free time he enjoys golfing, anything soccer, traveling, and spending time with his family. He lives in Denver with his wife and two children.

Charles W Bourgeois

Financial Advisor

Charles Bourgeois has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Colorado.  He maintains his Series 6, 7 and 63 securities registrations with LPL Financial and is licensed for securities, life insurance and annuities.

Charles received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. After serving in the U.S. Army he was the founding Area Director for Nationwide Retirement Solutions / National Association of Counties 457 (b) retirement plans in Southern Colorado. 

Charles spends his leisure time with his wife enjoying time with their 2 horses, and their extended family of 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren and with some luck, being able to fit some time in for an occasional round of golf.

Gloria Rotner

Administrative Assistant

Gloria Rotner began her investment industry career in 1999 with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in Boulder, Colorado and has extensive experience in managing and servicing many types of investment accounts and insurance products. 

Gloria maintains her FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities registrations through LPL Financial and was a financial advisor with LPL for five years.  Since 2011 Gloria has been an LPL Registered Administrative Assistant.  She is very familiar with LPL systems, and is enthusiastic to accommodate your service requests.

Gloria has been a licensed insurance agent since 2000, worked for a MassMutual regional office, and is very knowledgeable about the many intricate details of annuities and life insurance and how to properly service them.  

Gloria has attended Colorado Christian University, Community College of Denver, and Westmoreland County Community College.  At Laramie County Community College, she was the instructor of a class offered to the public as part of the Life Enrichment Program.

Gloria is a native of Pennsylvania and relocated to the Rocky Mountain Region in 1985.  She and her husband live in a remote area and enjoy a country lifestyle.

Stephanie Stano has spent the past 18 years in financial and retirement plan consulting. Her primary role is to provide comprehensive consulting services for all aspects of her clients’ retirement plans, including plan design, market reviews, fee benchmarking, merger and acquisition due diligence, employee communications, and compliance support. Her customized approach allows her team to focus on clients’ and participants’ overall satisfaction, employee retirement readiness, and mitigation of risk for the employer. With her specialized team, Stephanie supports clients with issues related to investments, plan operation, plan administrative services, employee education, and compliance assistance. She also provides education to employers to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities as fiduciaries to their plans. Stephanie is passionate about enhancing retirement plans and offers total commitment to her clients, as illustrated by her 100% client retention rate over the past eight years.

Stephanie is FINRA Series 7 licensed and NASAA Series 66 licensed through LPL Financial, maintains her Life and Health insurance license, and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation.

Stephanie was recognized nationally by the National Association of Plan Advisors “NAPA” as a top advisor for retirement plan consultants under 40.  She was the only person in Colorado and one of only four women in the country to win this award.  Stephanie was also recognized by NAPA as one of the top female advisors.

She is also a participant in the Adams County Economic Development Group, the Home Builders Association of Colorado, and is passionate about raising money for the March of Dimes.

Stephanie, her husband and their son reside in Denver, where they enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. During the winter, she and her family can be found on the ski slopes, and in the summer months, they enjoy hiking, swimming and playing outside.
